Set integration diagram and test every function such as Hand track and Aruco

After we tested each function and it's quite useful now, we decided to start integrating both of them

1.) Use Byobu to integrate between Aruco and Hand track
2.) Test Aruco (Wheelchair Following) and Hand track (Change robot state)
3,) Setup Jetson on the robot and Test again
